Account & Images
When a school signs up with shortQueue, a password-protected account is established for storing the school's digital images and managing print and other services. We are committed to the privacy and security of the school's images. The school's images are never made publicly accessible, and they are shared only at the school's express direction.

When a school shares images through shortQueue, the school has full control as to whether the albums or "Photo Gallery" will be made available from its public website or within a secured intranet.

E-mail Addresses
As part of the shortQueue program and at no additional charge, schools can use shortQueue's services to send one-on-one email campaigns to promote its website photos to parents, grandparents, friends and family.

If the school chooses to use this service, any e-mail address the school provides to us will be used only as a means of corresponding with that individual (or family) on the school's behalf. These email addresses will allow the school (through shortQueue) to announce new photo gallery and print services that have been approved by the school and will enable shortQueue, on the school's behalf, to respond to inquiries about those services.

Credit Cards
In order to establish the school's shortQueue account, the following data will be requested:

		official school name, address, phone & fax number
		contact person's name, phone number & e-mail address
		password (to sign in to the school's shortQueue account)

A credit card number is NOT collected at the time of account setup. Credit cards are used only for print and/or product orders.

The information you provide will be used for no other purpose than processing the order.
